01

A rule-specific relationship

Dṛṣṭi is not a generic line between any visually aligned planets. In the launch rule pack, the seven classical grahas cast a seventh-house dṛṣṭi, while Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn have additional special dṛṣṭis. Rahu and Ketu practices differ, so Astrolife does not silently blend disputed node rules.

02

Count from the source

The relationship is determined from the source graha's rāśi or house according to the selected rule. The interface identifies the source, target, count, rule ID, and reviewer status. Selecting a ray opens this trail instead of leaving the user to infer what the line means.

03

Connection is not conclusion

A dṛṣṭi establishes a traditional relationship between chart factors. Its plain-language meaning still depends on both grahas, their lordships, dignity, houses, and timing. The presence of a ray alone is not a prediction.

  2. Explain the rule in your own words without turning it into a prediction.
